Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully. By participating in the FREE GIFT Mzansi Promo 2025 (“Promotion”) or the Lucky Draw Competitions, you agree to be bound by these Terms and confirm your legal capacity to enter. Entries that do not comply with these Terms will be invalid.
These Terms include clauses that limit or exclude Kyron Animal Health (Pty) Ltd (“Kyron”)’s liability. Participation is voluntary and entirely at your own risk.
The Promotion runs from 24 November – 31 December 2025, or while free gifts last at participating retail branches.
However, the Lucky Draw Competitions (QR code entries) remain open until 23:59 SAST on 31 December 2025, even if free gifts are no longer available in branches.
To participate, customers must:
• Be 18 years or older,
• Be South African citizens with a valid ID/passport OR legal residents with proof of residency,
• Be physically present in South Africa when purchasing, entering, and receiving any prize,
• Purchase qualifying Kyron Agri products from participating retail branches.
• Commercial farmers are excluded from this Promotion.
• Kyron will determine, at its sole discretion, whether a customer is considered a commercial farmer.
• Kyron’s decision in this regard is final and binding.
The Promotion excludes employees, directors, contractors, suppliers, agents, advertising agencies, and immediate family members of Kyron and participating retailers.
• Customers who purchase R1 899 or more of Kyron Agri products in a single transaction qualify for one (1) free gift.
• Free gifts include:
– Biltong knife, OR
– Pantsula hat
• Free gifts are allocated at the point of sale, while branch stock lasts.
• Free gifts are NOT linked to QR code entries.
• Receiving a free gift does not constitute entry into the Lucky Draw Competitions.
• Gift images may differ from actual items.
• Free gifts cannot be exchanged for cash or alternatives.
• Only one free gift per qualifying transaction.
To enter the Lucky Draw Competitions, entrants must:
• There are NOT separate entries for jerseys and match tickets.
• All valid QR entries are placed into one combined pool.
• Winners for all prizes (jerseys + match tickets) will be drawn from this single pool.
QR entries are only for the Lucky Draw Competitions.
• Entrants stand a chance to win 1 of 15 original Kaizer Chiefs or Orlando Pirates jerseys (approx. retail value R1 299).
• Winners will be drawn by the end of January 2026 and notified shortly thereafter.
• Entrants may indicate a preferred team, but sizing, colours, and availability are not guaranteed.
• Winners must provide their jersey size and team selection once contacted.
• Kyron will deliver jerseys in a reasonable timeframe after receiving the required information.
• Promotional images may differ from the actual prize.
• Entrants stand a chance to win 1 of 10 all-inclusive hospitality tickets to the
Orlando Pirates vs Kaizer Chiefs match on Saturday, 28 February 2026, at FNB Stadium, Soweto.
• The hospitality package includes food and beverages as provided by the event organiser.
• The approximate value of this hospitality package is R5 000 per ticket.
• Seating at the stadium will be allocated strictly according to the event organiser’s arrangements, and Kyron has no control over seat category or location.
• Each winner receives one (1) ticket only.
• Travel, transport, accommodation, insurance, or any additional costs are not included.
• Tickets are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
• If the match is rescheduled, postponed, or cancelled, Kyron is not liable for any resulting losses.
• The Competition closes at 23:59 SAST on 31 December 2025.
• All winners (jerseys + match tickets) will be selected by random draw from the same combined pool of QR entries by the end of January 2026.
• Winners will be notified via cell phone call, WhatsApp message, or SMS.
• Entrants must provide proof of purchase for each entry submitted.
• If proof cannot be verified, the entrant will be disqualified, and a replacement winner drawn.
• If a winner cannot be contacted within 5 working days, Kyron may select a replacement.
• Kyron may require winners to sign an indemnity form before receiving their prize.
• Kyron will arrange prize delivery or collection with winners.
• All risk transfers to the winner upon physical handover.
• Kyron is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury after handover.
• Manufacturer warranties remain with the prize supplier (where applicable).
Kyron reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:
• Uses a mobile number not registered in their own name,
• Submits fraudulent or tampered entries,
• Provides false or misleading information,
• Attempts to manipulate the Competition,
• Fails to comply with these Terms.
Fraudulent behaviour may result in legal action.
Kyron is not liable for:
• Technical failures (network, system, or device issues),
• Delays or disruptions outside its control,
• Stock shortages of qualifying products or free gifts,
• Loss, damage, injury, or death resulting from participation or prize use,
• Postponements, cancellations, or changes to the soccer match or hospitality package.
Participation is entirely at the entrant’s own risk.
• Kyron and its authorised subcontractors may collect and process personal information for administering the Promotion.
• All personal information will be processed in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
• By entering, entrants consent to such processing.
• Information will be retained only as long as legally required.
• Kyron may request photographs of winners.
• By entering, winners agree that their name, surname, town, and photographs may be used on Kyron’s social media platforms and marketing material.
Entrants must refer to the official marketing flyer for additional details, including:
• Participating branches,
• Qualifying product information,
• Gift visuals,
• Additional promotional conditions.
If any information differs between this document and the flyer, Kyron’s interpretation and decision shall apply.
• Kyron’s decisions regarding disputes or interpretation of these Terms are final.
• Kyron may amend, suspend, or cancel the Promotion or prizes at any time without prior notice.
• Participation in the Promotion constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.
